Electronic Repair Services
Shertzer Electric, LLC provides electronic board level repair of industrial control devices including PLCs, HMIs, IO modules, motor drives, and custom-built control boards. In addition, we also provide repair of HVAC and appliance control boards for HVAC service companies and appliance servicing businesses.
These board level repairs provide a significant savings over replacement devices and are crucial for systems using older and obsolete components. Control boards can be mailed to us or if located in Lancaster County PA, we can pick them up and deliver them to you upon repair.
If mailing your board to us, please provide a detailed description of the device and its issue in our contact us form. Our ship to address is also shown on the contact us form. Once received we will diagnose your circuit board and give you an estimated price for the repair. Repair charges are time plus materials at our bench rate of $100 per hour. On average most repairs are 2 hours or less.
And for those repairs that need to be done ASAP, we provide expedited service for an additional $95 fee. Just let us know in your email that your repair needs to be expedited and we will move your repair to next in queue.
